Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.

Membership Cancellation

Your ARVYN membership can be cancelled at any time from your Account Settings within the member portal. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You retain access to your member portal, protocol documents, and check-in history for 90 days after cancellation
  • After 90 days, your data is securely archived in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. The initial Blueprint intake fee ($125) is a one-time, non-refundable charge that covers your clinical intake assessment and protocol assignment.

  • Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access through the remainder of your paid period
  • No partial-month refunds will be issued
3.

Compound Orders

All compound orders placed through ARVYN's Private Dispensing Network are fulfilled by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Due to the nature of compounded pharmaceutical products:

  • All compound orders are final and non-refundable once confirmed by the pharmacy
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the compounding or fulfillment process
  • We cannot accept returns of compounded compounds for safety and regulatory reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a compound order that is damaged in transit, incorrect, or does not match your prescription:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@arvyn.com
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable
  • We will work with our pharmacy partner to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement shipment at no additional cost

Resolution is handled on a case-by-case basis and is subject to pharmacy partner verification.

5.

Refund Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

  • A documented billing error on our part
  • A service outage that materially prevented access to the member portal for an extended period
  • Circumstances where we determine, at our sole discretion, that a refund is warranted

6.

Pausing Membership

Members in good standing may request a membership pause of up to 60 days. During a pause, billing is suspended and portal access is maintained in read-only mode. To request a pause, contact your clinical team through the member portal or email contact@arvyn.com.
