Shipping Policy

All compound orders placed through ARVYN's Private Dispensing Network are fulfilled directly by our licensed 503A compounding pharmacy partners. Orders are compounded to your specific prescription and prepared fresh upon confirmation.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of pharmacy confirmation
• Processing times may vary depending on the compound, prescription verification, and pharmacy workload
• You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped

Compounds are shipped via trusted carriers with appropriate handling for pharmaceutical products:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with cold-chain packaging when required
• All shipments include tracking from confirmation to delivery
• Delivery is available to all 50 US states where permitted by law

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order requirements.

All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded or ARVYN-branded packaging. Temperature-sensitive compounds include insulated packaging and cold packs where necessary to ensure product integrity during transit.

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed in transit:

• Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at contact@arvyn.com
• Include your order number and any relevant tracking information
• We will work with the carrier and pharmacy partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

ARVYN is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the member.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. ARVYN cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to member error. Address changes after an order has been submitted may not be possible once the pharmacy has begun fulfillment.

Certain compounds may be subject to shipping restrictions based on state or local regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified and your order will be adjusted or refunded accordingly.
